Alan’s support will help strengthen our links with government, local businesses and schools, playing an important role in supporting the club’s continued growth and community impact. In particular, this will help us expand the social mobility work we are so passionate about.

In recent months alone, we have introduced hockey to over 700 children aged 5–15 across the local community — many of whom had never picked up a stick before. Our community programme is not only widening access to the sport, but also creating valuable opportunities for our young coaches, supporting their development through qualifications, leadership experience and social engagement within our junior section.

Alan shares our vision for the club’s future, especially as we look ahead to our new facilities. Together, with our community sponsors — RJM International, FatFace Foundation and Eight Wealth Foundation — we are committed to using hockey as a platform to promote health, wellbeing and opportunity far beyond the pitch.
